A fully-functioning Foundry and Machine shop are integral parts of our infrastructure. Our company is a leader in the fields of casting design, die making, die design, and die casting. Rectifier Extrusion Heat Sink, Thyristor Aluminum Heat Sinks, Heat Sinks, Flame Proof Castings, Fire Fighting Accessories, Breather Castings, Gas Welding Rods, Motor Housing, Zinc Castings, and more are all products that Gravity Diecastings Industries specialises in manufacturing and exporting. Our current average monthly capacity is 8-10 tonnes. We focus on manufacturing gravity diecast heat sinks of widths too great to be extruded or drawn profitably. We can die cast any kind of non-symmetric heat sink that has an incorporated cover or drawn. The current volume of castings supplied by the company ranges from 50 to 500Nos. Components, including casting with metallic cores or sand, ranging from thick-walled castings to thin-walled intricate, are produced every day in fully finished form. The Insert fitting castings that we make are also manufactured by ourselves. For better quality, lighter weight, and cheaper machining, we have shifted production of a number of formerly sand-cast items to Gravity die casting. There is the possibility of working up a plan to recoup the expense of the die. There is no minimum order size required.

Our History

In 1974, we founded the company with a handful of people. In 2005, we set up an in-house die-making plant. Extrusion heatsinks and Pressure diecasting both had their starts in the middle of the last decade. In 2020, we finally made it on the international stage. Gravity diecasting industries is a recognised authority in industrial engineering because of its dedication to constant knowledge, facility upgrades, and technical alliances.

Our Production Unit

Our infrastructure includes state-of-the-art machines where we heat and cast sinks to order. Our factory, which covers a large area, has a capacity of 10 tonnes per year. The unit is broken down into several departments like the foundry and machine shop so that they can efficiently produce enough within the allotted time limit. The units are all equipped with high-tech machines necessary for mass producing the sought after product line. For ongoing design improvement, we have also established a dedicated in-house design team equipped with computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing software. We also have a technological team that updates and modifies as needed to accommodate new and emerging technologies.
